We had clear and precise communication at all times and he was always available to talk when we needed something. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jim and we’re so glad we chose him!

James was amazing to work with. James has an open book policy so nothing is hidden no surprises. We were informed the entire time and very open communication. He was always quick to respond and due to his quick response times and how time efficient he is we even close early. We won't be moving anytime soon but I will always suggest him for anyone looking for houses. James did a great job and made a very difficult process seem easy and a breeze to do. Thank you James you were awesome we love our house.

Adam was very helpful in assisting us with all the different ways to make our end loan work and make our dream home become a reality! From buying our land, bridge loans, the construction loan, and the end loan, there was so much that went into the planning and getting everything to financially work out. Adam was awesome in figuring all of that out for us! I don't think we would have had as much success as we did if we went through another company/person to do this loan for us.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern, I received a response very quickly. His team helped make a very stressful situation less stressful. I can't express how thankful I am for that.

Adam did a great job with everything but, there were some stumbling blocks. I think his team could improve on the timeliness of communication with the underwriting phase of things my closing date was delayed and caused some issues with the timeline I had in place with the 4th July holiday and the shutdown I planned to use the for my moving into our new home. Having said that I would recommend this group to my friends because my friends recommended them. Jarvie and Brandi Plotner!

The biggest thing that made my experience great was, that after normal business hours I could still contact Adam with questions regarding the loan and he would respond normally within a minute or so. For me this was very helpful during the whole process because I worked first shift. The team at WOMC was professional and very supportive. The whole process was not all easy, but there was plenty of help the whole way through. I would happily use WOMC again if I had the need. Thank you!
